Visto Ranked 11th in Deloitte’s Technology Fast 50 Program

Significant revenue growth and strong global partnerships place Visto among fastest growing Internet, Media & Entertainment and Communications Companies in Silicon Valley

Redwood City, Calif., November 5, 2008 — VISTO®, the world’s leading mobile push synchronization platform and service provider, today announced it has again been named to Deloitte’s Technology Fast 50 Program for Silicon Valley. Visto has been ranked 11th in the Internet, Media & Entertainment and Communications category. The Technology Fast 50 ranks the fastest growing technology, media, telecommunications, and life sciences companies regionally as surveyed by Deloitte. Rankings are based on the percentage revenue growth over five years from fiscal year 2003-2007.

“Deloitte’s Silicon Valley Technology Fast 50 companies have shown the strength, vision and tenacity to succeed in today’s very competitive technology environment,” said Mark Jensen, Managing Partner, National Venture Capital Services, Deloitte & Touche LLP, in Silicon Valley.  “We applaud the successes of Visto and acknowledge it as one of the very few to accomplish such a fast growth rate over the past five years.”

Visto’s rapidly expanding customer base is fueled by partnerships with the leading global operators including Vodafone and T-Mobile International. In the last five years, Visto’s subscriber base has increased by almost 700 percent over the last 30 months, while the company’s revenue has grown by more than 2000 percent over the last five years.

“Visto is proud to be named to Deloitte’s Technology Fast 50 Program for the second consecutive year. As a company, we have remained focused on providing mobile users with the most intuitive and easy to use end user experience,” said Brian Bogosian, Visto’s chairman, president and CEO. “Our continued growth is a testament to our team’s dedication, ingenuity and passion for innovation. Visto is committed to providing a mobile experience for both personal and business use. As the demand for mobile communication continues to grow, Visto is well positioned to offer users around the world a complete mobile experience.”

Visto recently launched the Company’s next generation Visto Mobile™ offering, Visto Mobile 6. Visto Mobile 6 is a suite of offerings for mobile phones designed to enable end users to connect with friends, family and colleagues in real time in any number of ways including email, social networking, SMS and photo sharing. With Visto Mobile 6, Visto is extending beyond mobile email to leverage its technology by bringing greater convenience and functionality to users of mobile media and social networks.
